I finally got back to the gym yesterday and it felt GREAT!!! I missed that place. As much as running on the treadmill isn’t really my favorite, I still missed it. I always went there after work and plugged in my head phones and watched ESPN. I caught up on all my sports highlights and upcoming events.
Workout consisted of:
· 3 miles on the treadmill
· 3 arm machines (should press, pull downs, chest press) 3 sets of 10 each – the dip machine was broken.
· Stair step machine – 15 minutes
I don’t know what had gotten into me yesterday – I was ultra productive at work, hit the gym for a great first workout back, and then went home and did some of the winter cleaning. Whew!
Needless to say – I slept good last night.
