Back at it!

It has been in the 60s the past two days and I have ran and worked out the past two days!  Yesterday I threw on the shoes and did 5 miles (at a pretty good pace).  Today I went to Body Pump at noon and met up with Kim for an easy 4 miles!

After a 4 day weekend, I am back to work tomorrow and am going to see if I can make it 3 days in a row.

Let's plan my workouts:
~Monday - Body Pump & 4 miles
~Tuesday - 2 miles of sprints & Body Pump
~Wednesday - OFF DAY
~Thursday - 5 miles outside (supposed to be 70)
~Friday - 2 miles of sprints and ?Body Pump?
~Saturday - Fly home
