Yogurt –

So I normally buy the plain Greek Yogurt and add frozen blue berries to it to take away a bit of the bitterness.  The other day I accidently grabbed the wrong container of yogurt and didn’t notice.  When taking the first bite of my mid-afternoon snack I almost spit it out because of how sweet it was.  Yup – accidently grabbed the vanilla flavored greek yogurt.  HOLY SWEETNESS!  Went back and looked at the amount of sugar in it – 27g.  Geez-o-petes; might as well have a can of pop.
NEVER BUY FLAVORED YOGURT.  Buy plain yogurt and add your own berries.
I was trying to hold off grocery shopping until after St. Louis, but I am desperately running out of food to eat, so I might have to make an emergency trip.  Either that or eat out the rest of the week.
