I just looked at my daily mile account and realize that I have run 500 miles so far this year! My goal is to do 1,000 miles in 2012. I know that the second half of the year I will rack up more miles because of Goofy training, so pending no injuries, I will run over 1,000 miles this year.
I also like daily mile because it tells me that with my 500 miles I have burned 15lbs or 300 donuts.
Go me!!!
