July Goals -

I will do my June recap shortly.  I forgot my sheet of paper at home that has the sit-ups and push-ups listed on it.
July Goals –
·        Run 80 miles
·        Independence 10K – around 53 minutes (8:30 pace)
·        Too Hot to Handle 15K – around 82 minutes (8:45 pace)
·        Furniture shopping/decorating – Mama Fritz and Auntie B will be here to help.  I have $$ to spend and walls to decorate.

The race times for this month are based on my goal for the Hottest Half.  I do not want to push it these races, I just want to cover the distance at a decent pace.  I want to be around 8:45 pace for the Hottest Half, so these are training runs.
I was so successful at taking it easy the end of June, I feel completely lazy.  Time to get back at it!
